After receiving her initial training in dance in Athens, Maria came to England and continued a varied theatrical career, taking part in plays, film and TV work, "Lovejoy", "Allo Allo, "Tom Jones" with "All the Kings Men" being the latest.

She also set up her own Variety act, a black light Spectacular. She has worked in the management side of theatre as well as setting up her own company of actors, where she directs as well as taking parts in some of the plays.

She has a strong sense of comedy, shown recently in farces,but she can also turn her talents to the more emotional roles, particularly seen last in "Dial M for Murder'.

She is particularly pleased to have become one of the founding partners in Dreamstone Productions, as this will give her another outlet for creating different roles.
